Once again DEFCON Furs is having our own "unofficial" village!

Located in the Suite #28163 of the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel and open daily during the convention,
the DEFCON Furs - Furry Village is our official outpost at DEFCON 31.

The village will be providing a low-key, relaxed environment for everyone to come work on other contests,
get away from the crowds between DEFCON 31 talks or villages, or just relax and socialize with a drink from our hosted bar.
We will also be taking donations for swag in the Furry Village, and swag pickup will be available for those who donated before the con.

  Nobody wants to deal with third-party vulnerability disclosures. Vendors can be unpredictable, and despite having their expectations outlined an adverse reaction is always a possibility. Your relationship with the vendor is on the line, and because you or your staff need to work with them it can cause considerable consternation and trust issues. In this talk we discuss a scenario where, during operational maintenance, we found a considerable number of vulnerabilities in a product we use. Our story starts with how we discovered the vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, follows disclosure to the CISO for risk assessment, and finishes with disclosure to the vendor while trying to preserve professional relationships. Using this, ONE WEIRD TRICK, we bettered the vendor’s products and our own business and walk through how we presented and used the findings to do that.
